Responsibilities
- Plan & establish annual regional marketing strategy and plans in line with budget
- Drive and implement regional marketing initiatives that are aligned with company strategy
- Develop differentiated and cost effective marketing activities for key products and working closely with stakeholders such as SEA subsidiaries
- Analyze, plan, manage and handling of expenses of all regional marketing programs
- Provide support for SEA subsidiary’s marketing activities and perform consulting roles
- Regularly monitor and provide ongoing support for the timely execution of the action plans
- Develop differentiated and cost effective corporate marketing activities
- Supervise marketing team and lead team
Requirements
- Specialization on marketing equivalent
- 7 to 10 years experience in regional head office
- Marketing experience in leadership and workshop facilitation skills
- Able to travel oversea up to 50% of time
